Introducing MyStackPlan
A visual stack builder with checked prices, trap badges and a prompt for your AI coding assistant.
· 1 min read
Choosing a stack is the first real decision on a new project, and it is usually made from a dozen browser tabs of pricing pages that all count things differently.
MyStackPlan puts those choices on one page. Pick a service for each layer of your app, from the domain to the AI model, then choose how many people will use it, from Just me to Popular. Open Advanced to set an exact number, from 10 users to 100,000. The total updates as you go, and so does the plan each service needs.
What it does differently
- Every price is checked. Each plan in our data records the page it came from and the day we read it. Providers we have not verified yet are not listed. See how we verify prices.
- Traps are badges, not footnotes. Non-commercial terms, idle pausing, daily caps and hard stops show on the card itself.
- Overlaps are flagged. Pick Supabase and Clerk together and we point out that Supabase already includes auth.
- It exports a prompt. One click turns your stack, scale and plan limits into instructions for Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT or v0.
What is next
We are adding more layers (background jobs, vector databases, search) and more providers in the ones we have. If a number looks wrong, tell us and we will check it against the source.
