What MyStackPlan stores about you. No accounts, no ads. Google Analytics runs only if you allow it.

The short version
MyStackPlan has no accounts and no ads. The builder runs entirely in your browser. If you allow it, Google Analytics counts which pages are opened. If you don't, nothing is sent to Google.
What is stored
- Your stack lives in the page address. When you build a stack, your choices are written into the URL so you can bookmark or share it. We do not receive or keep it unless you share the link with us.
- Your theme choice (light or dark) is saved in your browser's local storage. It never leaves your device.
- Your saved stacks, if you use Save stack, are kept in your browser's local storage on this device only. They are never uploaded, so they do not appear on another device, and clearing your browser data removes them.
- Your analytics choice (allowed or not) is saved in local storage so we don't ask on every page. It never leaves your device.
Analytics
We ask before loading Google Analytics. Until you choose "Allow", the Google script is not loaded at all.
If you allow it:
- Google sets a cookie and receives your IP address, browser type, the page title and the page address.
- We send the page address without anything after the
?. Your stack, your project name and your tax region stay in your browser and are never sent to Google. - Advertising features stay switched off. The data is used only to see which pages people use.
You can change your mind at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page. Google's privacy policy explains what Google does with the data.
What our host sees
Like any website, the server that delivers these pages receives standard request information such as your IP address and browser type. Our hosting provider may keep this in short-lived logs for security and reliability.
Changes
If we add advertising or sponsorships that change what is collected, we will update this page first.
