No free plan.
Cloudflare Workers
Free: Each invocation gets 10 ms of CPU time. Time spent waiting on other services does not count.
- Free stops at its limits rather than billing more.
- Free allows 100K requests per day (function requests).
Google Cloud Run
No free plan.
